1. Services Provided


LINENBERGER GROUP LTD (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides business services in the United Kingdom under the brand YES4.UK. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Company formation and registration.
  • Provision of a legal business address in London (WeWork).
  • Bank account support (e.g., Revolut).
  • Business correspondence and call handling.
  • Accounting, bookkeeping, and invoicing.
  • Business representation at meetings, events, and negotiations.
  • Market and competitor analysis.




2. Service Packages


  • Services are provided on a subscription basis (e.g., £2,700/month package).
  • The minimum subscription term is 3 months.
  • Specific services included in your package are outlined in the order confirmation or contract.




3. Payments


  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe or other trusted providers.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance.
  • Payments must be made in full and on time to ensure continuity of services.
  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services until resolved.




4. Cancellation & Refunds


  • Subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice after the minimum 3-month term.
  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
  • Early cancellation.
  • Partial use of services.
  • Change of business circumstances.
  • By subscribing, the client acknowledges and agrees that all payments are final and non-refundable.




5. Client Responsibilities


  • The client must provide accurate and up-to-date information, documents, and authorisations necessary for us to deliver services.
  • The client is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in the UK and their home jurisdiction.
  • We are not responsible for delays, penalties, or losses resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or late client-provided information.




6. Our Responsibilities


  • We will deliver services with professionalism, diligence, and in line with agreed service scope.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to meet timelines but are not liable for delays caused by third parties (e.g., banks, government institutions, service providers).
  • We may subcontract certain services to trusted partners where necessary.




7. Confidentiality & Data Protection


  • All client information and communications will be kept strictly confidential.
  • We comply with UK GDPR regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.




8. Limitation of Liability


  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, opportunities, or reputation.
  • Our total liability in respect of any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for services during the preceding 3 months.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or matters that cannot be limited under UK law.




9. Termination of Services


  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:
  • The client fails to pay fees on time.
  • The client provides false or misleading information.
  • The client engages in unlawful or unethical activities.




10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction


  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.
